Life can never be dull here. The festivities make the Spanish cities centers of fun and joy. Malaga also has its share of festivities. Among the many city events the Easter week is celebrated with processions starting near cathedral. On the 24th of June every year in the "Las Hogueras de San Juan" (Bonfires/Feast of St. John) effigies are burnt in bonfire along with dances and oodles of drinks and food. There are many more events and festivities round the year.

The ever-progressive city of Malaga should be a wise choice for property investment. The average rates of the different kinds of properties like apartments, villas fincas, etc. vary according to the location and number of bedrooms.
